A prototype is an early sample, model, or release of a product built to test the concept.
A Functional Prototype captures both function and appearance of the intended design. It is produced to present the final design of the product unless some changes are required after the evaluation (Testing) process.
ATOM team can support you in building the first functional prototype. Furthermore, ATOM can be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of the industrial prototype utilizing the most advanced manufacturing techniques and machines.
During the prototype manufacturing and then testing, we apply DFMA process that allows to timely update models, drawings, design CNC outputs, and BOM, ensuring that you receive both the prototype and validated documentation, a 3D model and CAD 2D drawings.
Once the customer is completely satisfied with the prototype manufacturing quality, and needs to work on testing it out , ATOM can provide a testing criterion that meets the initial requirements and following standards (if any).
At the end, ATOM provide a testing and evaluation report which includes:

- Testing procedure.
- Testing criterion.
