- Measure the current maturity using the SIRI Assessment model. This is a 2-day assessment where we talk to a cross functional team in your organization and assess the maturity of your various processes.
- Identify the high impact areas which, when targeted, will yield the highest and the most tangible returns on investment for the customer.
